Job Summary

Gallery Silver Scapes is looking for a reliable, punctual, and well-mannered Office Boy to assist with daily office operations, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and provide basic administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic document-related tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and deliveries.
- Assist with office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Support employees with routine office errands and administrative tasks.
- Assist with meeting arrangements and visitor hospitality.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are handled properly.




- Follow office rules, maintain punctuality, and respect workplace confidentiality.
- Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Good personal hygiene, professional behaviour, and a helpful attitude.
- Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and organised.
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be courteous, disciplined, respectful towards all employees and visitors, and willing to support the day-to-day requirements of the office. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
