Antraalaap Cultural Arts Studio is a fully equipped music and video production house in Sector 72, Noida.

We are looking for a versatile Music & Video Producer who can run the studio end-to-end: recording, mixing, shooting and editing, while also bringing in clients, managing them and running the studio day to day.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 per month (fixed), paid every month.
- Client benefit: 30% of every client payment, on top of your salary. Example: if a client pays ₹3,0000 for a project, you earn an extra ₹9000. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn, with no upper cap.

Client Management & Running the Studio

This is a core part of the role. You will be responsible for bringing in business and running the studio day to day.

- Bring in clients: Actively find and pitch to singers, artists, brands, agencies, podcasters, schools and event companies.
- Handle enquiries: Respond to every enquiry, share quotes, close bookings and follow up.
- Manage clients: Look after each client from the first call to final delivery, keep them updated, and make sure they come back and refer others.
- Run the studio: Manage the booking calendar (the studio is open 7 days), sessions, equipment upkeep and day-to-day operations.
- Track growth: Keep a record of bookings, payments and monthly revenue, and report on how the studio is growing.

Key Responsibilities

- Audio Production: Record, mix and master music, vocals and voice-overs to a commercial, professional standard.




- DAW Expertise: Work confidently in Logic Pro or Cubase (v13/14) across every stage of production.
- Studio Equipment: Operate and maintain the Neumann U 87 Ai, Universal Audio Apollo Twin X DUO, ADAM Audio A7V monitors and Sennheiser HD 600, all running on an Apple Mac Studio with Apple Studio Display.
- Video Production: Shoot and edit music videos, reels, podcasts and promotional content with our full production-house kit: Sony FX3 and other Sony cinema cameras, DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal, DJI wireless mics, and a professional studio lighting setup. Edit in Final Cut Pro, including colour grading and basic motion graphics.
- Social Media & Marketing: Run Antraalaap's Instagram and YouTube channels, create promotional content and grow the studio's visibility and engagement.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with musicians and creatives to shape the sound and look of every project while maintaining Antraalaap's production standards.
- Technical Oversight: Manage the Mac Studio workflow, keep projects organised and troubleshoot technical or software issues.

Qualifications & Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Logic Pro; Cubase experience is a plus.
- Proven ability in mixing, mastering and vocal tuning using professional plugins.




- Hands-on experience with qualified studio hardware (Neumann, Universal Audio, ADAM Audio, Sennheiser).
- Strong videography and post-production skills: camera operation, gimbals, lighting and Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth, content creation and digital branding.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to balance creative work with client handling and marketing.
- Comfortable with macOS, Mac Studio and Apple Studio Display workflows.
- An ear for Indian classical, devotional or folk music is a big plus.
- A degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Media Studies or a related field is preferred, but your portfolio matters more.
