Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.

- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Build and deploy Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows, including document classification, extraction, and validation pipelines.

- Design and implement API-led connectivity architecture using System, Process, and Experience APIs.

- Integrate MuleSoft with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems, databases, and third-party APIs.

- Optimize IDP models and extraction rules for accurate processing of structured and unstructured documents, including invoices, contracts, and forms.

- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting across integration flows.

- Manage the complete API lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, versioning, and deprecation using Anypoint Exchange and API Manager.

- Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements, including OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and encryption.

- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to integration development best practices and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues,



including document extraction errors and integration failures.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, runbooks, and API specifications.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.

- Proven hands-on experience with MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including document extraction workflows, extraction model training/tuning, and integration of IDP outputs with downstream systems.

- Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.

- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI design.

- Strong DataWeave 2.0 skills for complex data transformations.

- Experience with connectors such as Salesforce, Database, HTTP, and SFTP, along with custom connector development.

- Solid understanding of integration patterns, including synchronous/asynchronous, batch, publish-subscribe, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience implementing security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, Client ID Enforcement, and mTLS.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

- MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect certification.

- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex and Salesforce integration patterns.

- Experience with OCR/AI-based document processing outside MuleSoft IDP, such as Textract or Azure Form Recognizer.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
