- Handle motor insurance claims, including OD and TP claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, surveyors, and garages for claim processing and settlement.
- Assist clients with claim intimation, documentation, and settlement procedures.
- Follow up with insurers for timely claim settlements.
- Maintain claim records and MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in motor claims.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
