Job Summary

Medpact Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hiring a qualified and experienced MS Orthopedician / Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for a healthcare facility in Jaggampeta, Andhra Pradesh.

We are looking for a dedicated orthopedic specialist with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and orthopedic trauma.

The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, good surgical assessment skills, and a patient-centered approach to delivering quality orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine, diagnose, and treat bone, joint, muscle, ligament, and tendon conditions.
- Evaluate and manage fractures, dislocations, orthopedic injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Provide consultations for arthritis, back pain, joint pain, sports injuries, and other orthopedic conditions.
- Assess patients and recommend appropriate medical, surgical, or rehabilitative treatment.
- Perform orthopedic procedures and surgeries according to qualifications, clinical privileges, and hospital protocols.
- Interpret X-rays and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care, where applicable.




- Coordinate with physiotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for patient recovery.
- Educate patients about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and postoperative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Identify orthopedic emergencies and initiate appropriate management or referral when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: MS Orthopedics / DNB Orthopedics or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Valid medical registration as required by applicable regulations.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Experience in orthopedic case management and trauma assessment.
- Good communication and patient-counseling skills.
- Commitment to medical ethics, patient safety, and quality healthcare.
