Role Description This is a full time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Thane.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing graphics and layouts, animating assets, and collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with brand guidelines.



The role also involves editing and optimizing video content, preparing assets for multiple platforms and formats, and maintaining consistency in visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating high-quality animated content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, sound syncing, and exporting for various platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for static and dynamic visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop or equivalent software.
- Ability to translate brand concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for digital and social media audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or organic/health brands is an added advantage.
