Motion Designer & Video Editor (Ad Agency Background)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer & Video Editor with strong experience in video editing, motion graphics and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have a strong advertising agency background and experience working on brand campaigns, pitch videos, social media content, master creatives, digital campaigns and other video-led communication.

We need someone who can understand a creative brief, bring their own creative thinking and take a video from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit engaging videos for brands, campaigns, social media and digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects .
- Work on pitch videos, master creatives, campaign videos, brand films and social media content .
- Translate creative concepts and storyboards into strong visual outputs.
- Create different video formats and adaptations for various platforms.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters and Account teams.
- Explore and use AI-based image and video generation tools for creative production.
- Develop effective AI prompts for image and video generation based on creative requirements.
- Handle colour correction, sound syncing, basic audio editing and final video finishing.




- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Bring fresh creative ideas and proactively suggest better visual approaches.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics .
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of editing, pacing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating animations, motion graphics and video transitions.
- Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools .
- Good understanding of digital and social media video formats.
- Ability to independently execute a video from brief to final output.
- Advertising agency experience is mandatory.
- 3D knowledge will be an added advantage.

Who We’re Looking For Someone who is video-first, creatively driven and hands-on —not just an editor. You should have a good understanding of advertising and be able to take an idea or brief and turn it into an engaging visual story.

A strong showreel/portfolio is mandatory , preferably showcasing advertising campaigns, motion graphics, brand videos, social media content and AI-generated videos.
