Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor network operations to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems and improve overall system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring procedures, policies, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of network monitoring tools like LogicMonitor.
- Experience working on network operations teams or similar roles.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
