Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;)

Role Overview:

Responsible for monitoring project implementation, maintaining program data, tracking key indicators, preparing MIS and reports, and supporting the team in ensuring timely achievement of project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, verify and analyse project data.
- Track program progress against targets and indicators.
- Maintain MIS, dashboards and documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly M&E; reports.
- Conduct field visits and data quality checks.
- Coordinate with program teams for data collection and reporting.
- Identify gaps and support corrective actions.
- Assist in donor and management reporting.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Data Management or related field.
