- Define performance, durability, weight & cost targets.
- Drive design reviews, DFMEA, DVP & validation.
- Lead chassis problem-solving & value engineering.
- Coordinate with design, testing, manufacturing & suppliers.
- Ensure safety, quality and project timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12+ years of Automotive R&D; experience.
- 8+ years in 2W Chassis Design &
- Development.
- Solid knowledge of Chassis Architecture &
- Vehicle Packaging.
- Experience in FEA, strength/stiffness analysis, DFMEA &
- DVP.
- Exposure to frame fabrication, forging/casting & validation.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
