Role Description The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content that showcases Bhavans CivilTech LLP’s projects, services, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment on construction and design sites, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with project teams to visualize and document work progress.

The role involves organizing raw footage, coordinating with editors or performing basic editing,



and ensuring all visual content aligns with company guidelines and project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular presence at office and project locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing footage, and coordinating post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess practical Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, with the ability to use skilled video equipment confidently on-site.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Lighting and Shooting Video, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor environments.
- Relevant experience in videography for construction, architecture, or design projects is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of video editing software and basic post-production techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, move between project locations, and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and site teams.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of framing, composition, and sound capture.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in videography.
