Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with solid React JS expertise to lead the development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android. The candidate should have strong hands-on technical skills, experience in mobile architecture, and the ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native.
- Develop and maintain web applications using React JS.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and native iOS/Android functionalities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure code quality.
- Lead, mentor, and guide developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, mobile releases,



and App Store / Google Play deployments.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in React Native and React JS.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and React Hooks.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit or other state management solutions.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, mobile navigation, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of native iOS/Android development and debugging.
- Experience with Jest, Git, CI/CD, and mobile app performance optimization.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering production-grade mobile applications.
- Strong combination of hands-on development, architecture, and team leadership skills.
