The Role

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build and run the pipelines that take Data Science,ML, and GenAI solutions from experiment to production on AWS. You'll own the path from model to monitored service - CI/CD, deployment, observability, and incident response - for LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and classic ML models used by our enterprise clients. If you like making AI systems reliable, fast, and cost-effective in production, this is the role.

What You'll Do

- Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and implement pipelines for Data Science, ML, AI, and GenAI solutions on AWS
- Orchestration: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Airflow, or similar tools
- Lifecycle Management: Support deployment of ML models, LLM-based applications, prompt workflows, embeddings, vector search, and API-based AI services
- Collaboration: Work with data scientists and data engineers to document standards and operating procedures
- Observability: Implement monitoring for model drift, data quality, prompt quality, hallucination indicators, latency, throughput, and cost metrics
- Optimization: Ensure performance, reliability,



scalability, and cost-effectiveness of runtime environments
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and integration issues

- Programming & Data Processing: Python, PySpark, SQL
- Data Platform: Databricks, Delta Lake
- Machine Learning & AI: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, etc.
- AI Engineering: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI agents, Bedrock Knowledge Bases,Guardrails, etc.
- Model Development & Deployment: AWS SageMaker, AWS Batch
- Experiment tracking and model registry
- Workflow Orchestration: Apache Airflow
- Data Storage: AWS S3
- Cloud Platform: AWS
- DevOps & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions
- Bonus: Vector databases, data engineering skills, and visualization & analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Datadog, etc.)
