Position: MIS & Back Office Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

Age: 22–35 Years

Working hours: 9.00am to 7.00pm

Preferred Candidate : Bengali speaking candidates

Employment: Full Time

Experience: 2–5 Years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining company data accurately.
- Preparing and maintaining Excel sheets, reports, and data records.
- Maintaining records, files, documents, and databases.
- Checking and verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
- Handling day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
- Managing documentation and preparing regular reports.
- Coordinating with internal departments whenever required.
- Supporting daily office operations and maintaining proper data flow.
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned MIS and back-office tasks.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Required Skills:





- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Candidate must have experience in data entry and working with any ERP/software/application used for company data management.
- Should be comfortable with entering, updating, searching, filtering, and maintaining data in software systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and internet applications.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
- Candidates with previous experience in MIS, Back Office, Data Entry, ERP, or Administrative Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
