MIS – Alarm Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor telecom site alarms and identify site-down incidents, outages, and other network-related issues.

- Immediately escalate critical alarms and site-down issues to the Reporting Manager and concerned Field Technicians for prompt resolution.

- Follow up with field teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize site downtime.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on outages, alarms, and technician performance.

- Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data from field teams and monitoring systems.

- Track pending issues, outage duration, and corrective actions.

- Maintain proper records of site incidents, escalations, and closure status.

- Coordinate with field technicians,



and operations teams to ensure smooth telecom operations.

Educational Qualifications

- Any Degree or Diploma in ECE/EEE

- Engineering qualifications in EEE, ECE, or Telecommunications will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, telecom operations, or NOC coordination is preferred.

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory

- Knowledge of telecom alarms, site-down monitoring, and outage management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
