Job PurposeTo maintain, extract, analyze, and report operational data across production, inventory, supply chain, and sales, ensuring data accuracy within the company’s excel database systems/Google sheets.

- Google Sheet Management: Maintain and support software (such as Google sheet ), handle master data entries, and ensure system integrity.

- Production & Inventory Tracking: Monitor raw material stocks (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones), track work-in-progress (WIP) batches, and support supply chain/production planning.

- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering sales performance, stock-in-hand, order execution, and wastage/yield analysis using excell (VLOOKUP,INDEXING etc functions)

- Data Analysis & Dashboards:



Clean, organize, and analyze raw data to build interactive dashboards or trackers in Excel

- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve data discrepancies and material shortages.

- Auditing & Compliance: Check data accuracy, audit ledger/inventory entries, and report missing info or variances to management.

- Positive with advance excel formulas

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
