– MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage daily reports, maintain Excel data, prepare business performance reports, and coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain sales, inventory, stock, order and dispatch reports.
- Prepare Excel reports using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas and other functions.
- Consolidate data from different departments and verify its accuracy.
- Track order status, pending orders, stock movement and dispatch details.
- Prepare reports for management review and business analysis.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Operations teams.
- Identify data discrepancies and prepare summaries for management.

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 1–3 years in MIS reporting or a similar role. Qualification: Graduate in any stream; B.Com, BBA or related qualification preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with strong Excel skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
