Position: Junior Manager – Sales coordinator/MIS

Job Profile & Roles & Responsibilities

Part 1 – Customer Care

Manage customer care activities and handle customer queries.

Address and resolve customer concerns as per defined processes.

Manage all required customer-care-related communication and coordination.

Part 2 – Field Assist Software

Handle and monitor sales-related activities through the Field Assist Software.

Track daily sales and prepare performance reports.

Manage PJP allocation and monitoring.

Check and verify TA/DA claims.

Monitor employee locations and related field activities.

Prepare and maintain relevant reports from the Field Assist system.

Part 3 – MIS & Reporting





Prepare and maintain all MIS reports related to Field Assist and Customer Care.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Analyse and present relevant data as required by the management.

Job Specification

Candidate should be highly proficient in technical/software-related work.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential.

Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Candidates with experience in Sales Support, Customer Care, MIS, Sales Coordination or similar functions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
