Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.

- Maintain Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and databases.

- Monitor production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and other operational data.

- Generate performance reports and identify data discrepancies.

- Prepare charts, pivot tables, and graphical reports for management review.

- Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Coordinate with departments such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts to collect data.

- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.

- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.

- Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis is preferred.

- Knowledge of Power BI, ERP/SAP, and dashboard creation will be an added advantage.
