We are leading manufacturer and distributor of advanced security and ELV solutions, specializing in CCTV, NVR, PA Systems, PoE Switches, Customized AI Solutions, Fire Alarm Systems and other ELV products.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Prepare Target vs. Achievement reports for individual and team performance.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data for management reporting.
- Extract data from company software/applications and prepare Excel reports.
- Maintain accurate sales and team performance databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all MIS reports.

Sales Coordination & Analysis

- Track sales performance and identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate with sales team for required data and updates.
- Follow up on pending activities and action points.
- Provide management with regular sales analysis and insights.

Meeting & MOM

- Attend Sales, Technical and Marketing meetings.
- Prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Communicate action points to concerned team members.
- Follow up and maintain status of pending activities.

Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting / Sales MIS.




- Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards and Macros.
- Good analytical and data management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting Sales Teams will be preferred.
