Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate service engineers to ensure timely completion of UPS installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and service activities.

- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules for service engineers based on service requests, project requirements, and customer priorities.

- Allocate jobs to engineers based on location, technical skills, and workload.

- Monitor engineer attendance, job progress, service response time, and completion status.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of service activities.

- Track pending service requests, breakdown calls, preventive maintenance schedules, and SLA compliance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on service activities, engineer productivity, and pending jobs.

- Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance details, and customer complaint records.

- Follow up with engineers to ensure timely submission of service reports and closure of assigned jobs.





- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company SOPs, and quality standards.

- Escalate critical service delays and operational issues to management.

Educational Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

- Bachelor’s Degree in EEE will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in service coordination, MIS, or technical operations, preferably in UPS or electrical maintenance.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and report preparation.

- Strong coordination, scheduling, follow-up, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple service requests and coordinate service engineers effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
