Industry: Retail / Shopping MallWe are looking for a highly organised, data-driven and analytical skilled to work closely with the Centre Director at M3M Route 65 Mall, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities• Manage MIS, reporting and data management for the Centre Director• Collect, consolidate and analyse data from different departments• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and executive summaries• Maintain and update retailer sales data on a regular basis• Analyse business data and highlight key trends, gaps and actionable insights• Support the Centre Director with dashboards, reports, presentations and management data• Maintain accurate records, documentation and important centre data• Manage the Centre Directors calendar, meetings and appointments• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, Leasing, Marketing and other departments• Ensure timely follow-up on important action points and reports
