About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Migration & Collaboration Consultant to lead enterprise collaboration transformation initiatives involving migrations from Slack, Zoom, and Webex to Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end migration strategy, governance, platform modernization, adoption planning, and user enablement programs to ensure a seamless transition to Microsoft Teams. This role requires deep expertise across Microsoft 365 collaboration services, Teams Meetings, Teams Voice, Teams Rooms, Town Halls, Webinars, and enterprise collaboration governance.

The candidate will work closely with business leaders, infrastructure teams, security teams, and end users to deliver a successful collaboration transformation journey.

What You'll Do:

- Assess existing Slack, Webex, and Zoom environments and evaluate migration readiness.
- Analyze collaboration workflows, meeting usage patterns, business requirements, and feature dependencies.
- Define migration, coexistence, and transition strategies for Microsoft Teams adoption.
- Design Microsoft Teams architecture, governance standards,



operational models, and service frameworks.
- Plan and implement Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Voice, Teams Town Halls, and Webinar solutions.
- Lead collaboration platform modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Design and support Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments for modern workplace transformation.
- Develop migration roadmaps, deployment plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs.
- Conduct collaboration assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discovery sessions.
- Deliver end-user training, administrator training, and adoption enablement programs.
- Collaborate with networking, infrastructure, security, identity, and business teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Define governance policies covering meetings, channels, guest access, external collaboration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Support executive events, enterprise webinars, leadership broadcasts, and Town Hall implementations.
- Monitor migration progress, adoption metrics, and user engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify migration risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations for collaboration optimization and long-term platform governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadership teams during transformation initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise collaboration, unified communications, Microsoft 365 consulting, or digital workplace transformation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Meetings, collaboration workloads, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Proven experience leading Slack-to-Teams migration initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering Zoom-to-Teams migration projects.
- Proven experience executing Webex-to-Teams migration programs.
- Deep understanding of Teams migration methodologies, coexistence strategies, and transition planning.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, PSTN integration, Audio Conferencing, and Calling solutions.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Teams Town Halls and Webinars.
- Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment, configuration, management, and support.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, security, and operational best practices.




- Experience driving collaboration platform adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
- Knowledge of workplace modernization and enterprise collaboration transformation programs.
- Experience conducting network readiness assessments and collaboration workload analysis.
- Strong understanding of coexistence strategies involving Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Webex.
- Experience supporting executive communications, leadership events, enterprise webinars, and large-scale virtual events.
- Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable collaboration solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training programs and adoption campaigns for large enterprise user populations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead collaboration transformation initiatives from assessment through migration and post-migration adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and collaboration workloads.
