Hiring: Power Platform Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join the Software Engineering team and contribute to the TEBS Holding Project for Avanade.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform , particularly Power Automate Cloud Flows , with good knowledge of Dataverse and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform .
- Build and optimize automation workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows .
- Develop applications using Power Apps – Canvas and Model-Driven Apps .
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and application development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze complex business/technical challenges and provide effective Power Platform solutions.
- Support team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
- Optimize existing applications, workflows and automation processes.




- Participate in continuous improvement and solution enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows .
- Positive experience with Microsoft Power Apps .
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse .
- Knowledge of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps .
- Understanding of Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
