We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, integrating, administering, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing Copilot Studio solutions.
- Implement security best practices, including role-based access, secure authentication, and DLP policies.
- Handle application support, incident management, troubleshooting,



root cause analysis, and ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure application stability.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Administration.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Experience in production support, incident prioritization, and root cause analysis.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
