Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IDAM Architect to provide technical advisory, security remediation governance, and implementation oversight across Microsoft cloud security technologies.

The candidate will act as a senior technical authority, supporting the assessment, planning, validation, and closure of security findings identified through audits, penetration tests, cloud security reviews, and other security assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess security findings and evaluate technical impact, business risk, remediation complexity, dependencies, and priorities.
- Develop actionable remediation plans and guide implementation teams.
- Review and validate remediation approaches against Microsoft best practices, industry standards, and client security requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations and decision support to security governance stakeholders.
- Oversee remediation activities and coordinate with security, infrastructure, product, and implementation teams.
- Independently validate remediation outcomes and support formal closure of security findings.
- Maintain security documentation, remediation status, risks, exceptions, decisions, and closure evidence.




- Prepare weekly reports on open findings, progress, risks, delays, and blockers.
- Promote Zero Trust principles, security best practices, and knowledge transfer across teams.

Mandatory Technical Expertise
- Microsoft Entra ID and Identity Governance.
- Microsoft 365 Security and Azure Security.
- Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
- Identity and access management security controls.
- Security assessment, remediation planning, and technical governance.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and cloud security best practices.

Additional Skills
- Experience reviewing security audits, penetration tests, cloud security assessments, and compliance assessments.
- Robust technical leadership and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating remediation across multiple implementation and security teams.
- Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams Security, data protection, and security monitoring.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
- Relevant Microsoft Security certifications.
- CISSP or CISM.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.

Key Expectations The candidate should be capable of independently challenging remediation proposals, identifying root causes, validating technical solutions, and driving security findings through assessment, planning, approval, implementation, validation, and closure.
