Role & responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

2. Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.

3. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.

4. Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.

5. Design and implement integrations with Microsoft and third-party systems.

6. Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, workflows, and data integrations.

7. Perform code reviews, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and production support.

8. Participate in solution design, implementation, deployment, and go-live activities.

9. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and reusable solutions.

10. Contribute to AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation using Microsoft AI capabilities.

11. Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and end users to ensure business-aligned solutions

- PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect
- MB-280 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst
