- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS (Point of Sale) solutions based on business requirements.

- Robust hands-on experience with D365 Commerce POS, Modern POS (MPOS), Store Commerce, and Commerce Runtime (CRT).

- Develop and customize POS extensions using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and the D365 Commerce SDK.

- Develop and maintain Commerce Runtime (CRT) extensions and customize business logic based on functional requirements.

- Work on Retail Server, CRT, Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) components.

- Configure and customize POS screens, views, controls, workflows, and transactions.

- Develop integrations between D365 Commerce and external systems using APIs, REST/OData services, and integration frameworks.

- Work with Dynamics 365 Commerce Headquarters (HQ) for product, customer, inventory, pricing, promotions, stores, and retail configuration.

- Develop and customize Commerce Data Exchange (CDX) jobs and troubleshoot data synchronization issues between HQ and stores.

- Work on retail transactions, payment processing, inventory lookup, customer management, discounts, promotions, and pricing functionality.

- Integrate and troubleshoot payment terminals, printers, scanners, cash drawers,



and other POS peripherals.

- Develop and troubleshoot offline POS functionality and store-level synchronization.

- Analyze technical requirements, prepare technical designs, develop solutions, and perform unit/integration testing.

- Troubleshoot production issues related to POS, CRT, Retail Server, CSU, CDX, and integrations.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver Commerce solutions.

- Participate in end-to-end implementation, deployment, upgrade, and support activities for D365 Commerce.

- Follow Microsoft best practices for D365 Commerce extensions and customizations, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
