About the Role

​Fragrance relies heavily on social proof! We are looking for a organized and proactive Micro-Influencer & PR Intern to manage our barter seeding campaign. You will be responsible for connecting with beauty and lifestyle creators across India, getting our luxury sample kits into their hands, and generating organic unboxing content.

​Key Responsibilities

​Identify and build a database of 50–100 micro-influencers (1k–20k followers) in the beauty, lifestyle, and aesthetic niches every month.

​Handle outreach via Instagram DMs and emails to pitch barter PR collaborations.

​Manage order dispatches with our dispatch team in Indore and track shipment deliveries via Shiprocket.

​Follow up with creators to collect User-Generated Content (UGC)



videos and obtain permission to feature their content in our paid ad campaigns.

​Requirements

​Pursuing BBA, MBA, Commerce, or Humanities in Indore.

​High persistence, strong written English and Hindi communication skills.

​Extremely organized with experience using Google Sheets or Notion.

​Familiarity with the Indian Instagram creator ecosystem and beauty influencers.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per week
