We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads .
- Experience running campaigns for international clients , particularly in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe .
- A strong portfolio of actual campaign results from international clients is required.
- Experience with lead generation, conversions, retargeting, and scaling campaigns.
- Robust understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, creatives, funnels, and optimization .
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS , and overall performance.
- Experience with A/B testing different audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.
- Ability to identify what is working, scale winning campaigns, and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
- Candidates must be able to share case studies, campaign results, or performance data from previous international clients.
