Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Contemporary Retail Customer like Reliance, Dmart, Lifestyle & Metro
- Receiving PO & make summary of those POs and share with the production & packing department
- Follow up on daily emails, revert & forward them to relevent department
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance (QA), and packaging teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistic team for tracking details
- Prepare Quote sheet & PI as per customers requirement
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
