Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete merchandising activities for export garment orders from order receipt to shipment

- Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A;) Plan to ensure timely execution of orders

- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of fabrics and trims as per production requirements

- Verify Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure correct payment terms before processing

- Track and ensure timely receipt of raw materials as per T&A; plan

- Ensure quality of all incoming raw materials

- Closely follow up on sampling development and approvals from buyers

- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines

- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production and finishing

- Oversee packing instructions and ensure compliance with buyer requirements

- Coordinate and monitor shipment planning and execution

- Maintain continuous communication with buyers for updates, approvals, and issue resolution
