Dolphin Hosiery & Garments is looking for a skilled, organized and proactive Garment Merchandiser to manage merchandising activities, coordinate product development, follow up on orders and ensure smooth execution from sampling to final dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabric, trims, costing and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day merchandising activities and order coordination.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production teams and other departments.
- Manage product development, sampling and sample approvals.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories and other raw material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain costing sheets, order details and merchandising reports.
- Track production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor order status and coordinate timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, product specifications and delivery schedules.
- Resolve merchandising-related issues through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure product quality and specifications meet buyer requirements.





Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Textile Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology or a related field preferred.
- Experience in garment, hosiery, knitwear or apparel merchandising.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, trims and production processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual with practical knowledge of the garment manufacturing industry. Candidates with experience in hosiery, knitwear or kidswear merchandising will be preferred.
