About the role

We’re looking for a Merchandiser to own the product journey end-to-end — from inventory planning, retail & e-commerce merchandising, and sell-through driven replenishment.

You will be the bridge between design, production, sales, and operations, ensuring our assortments are on-trend, well-priced, available on time, and optimised for maximum sell-through across channels.

What you’ll do

- Product Merchandising : Drive trend research, briefs, sampling, and production coordination for shoes, bags, and accessories across kids, women, and men.
- Buying & Inventory Planning: Own costing, vendor negotiation, and seasonal buy plans (OTB) to balance margins, quality, and inventory health.
- Retail Merchandising: Plan in-store/pop-up assortments, displays, and stock allocation to maximise conversion and brand experience.
- E-commerce Merchandising: Optimise online category strategy, product pages, filters,



and collections to improve discoverability and conversion on website and marketplaces.
- Sales & Sell-through Analysis: Track sales, sell-through, and margins by style/channel; identify fast/slow movers and recommend reorders, promotions, or markdowns.
- Stock Management & Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and ageing; plan timely replenishment and inter-channel transfers to avoid stock-outs and reduce dead stock.

What you’ll bring

- 2–5 years of experience in merchandising / product / buying in fashion, footwear, bags, accessories, or related D2C/retail brands.
- Hands-on experience across product development, buying, inventory planning, and multi-channel merchandising (retail + e-commerce).
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for BOMs, costing, OTB, sales reports, and inventory analysis.
- Good eye for trends, colours, materials, and commercial viability in kids, women, and men lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work closely with design, production, marketing, and operations.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, campaign-driven setting.

Work setup

Work from office role based in Sector 8, Noida

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Fast-paced D2C fashion setup with frequent launches, campaigns, and tight turnarounds.
