Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to execution in high-rise residential buildings.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.

Job Requirements :

- 9-18 years of experience in managing MEP projects in multi-storey residential buildings or towers.

- Robust understanding of building codes and regulations related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC installations etc.

- Proven track record of successfully executing complex construction projects on time within budget constraints.
