Role Description This is a full-time, in office MEP BIM Modeler role based in Gandhinagar. The MEP BIM Modeler will create and update detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in coordination with architecture and structural disciplines.

Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, integrating design inputs from engineers, resolving clashes through model coordination, and preparing model-based outputs such as sections and layouts. The role involves collaborating with project teams to maintain model accuracy, applying relevant codes and standards,



and supporting the production of construction and shop drawings. The MEP BIM Modeler will also contribute to quality checks, documentation, and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary building projects.
- Candidates should possess applied knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including coordination with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection designs.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing Construction Drawings and integrating them accurately into BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Architecture fundamentals to coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural layouts.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or equivalent) and familiarity with clash detection and model coordination.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering/technology field; prior experience in MEP BIM modeling is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn international codes and standards (US, UK, Canada, Australia) are highly beneficial.
