Role & responsibilities

1. Building services engineering experience from a design consultancy environment or a contractor with design & built setting. Any experience working on international projects will be an added advantage.
2. Knowledge of reading and understanding Architectural & Structural design & Drawings
3. Good knowledge of Engineering MEP calculations

- Like Equipment & Switchgear sizing, Cable sizing, voltage drop, earthing calculation etc.
- Cooling & heating Load Calculations using calculations software tools like IES VE, Hevacomp, Trane/Trace 3D+, Carrier HAP etc. to provide HVAC System sizing information for different building applications.
- Overall knowledge for reviewing of Lighting calculation.

1. Good Knowledge on reviewing various MEP system layouts

- Earthing / Grounding and Lightning Protection layout
- ELV system layouts like FAPA, CCTV, Access Control, Data & telephone etc.
- HVAC system Layouts
- PHE & FF layouts
- Knowledge required on 2D & 3D drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit,



Naviswork Engineers with experience on Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Naviswork

Preferred candidate profile 1. Working on Multiple Projects along with timely delivery and quality.

2. Daily project task allocation & management.

1. Team Leadership
2. Tracking Team Training & Competency
3. Study the project Specification & other technical documents.
4. Prepare Effort Estimation & List of Deliverables to be produced
5. Input data review & prepare RFIs for insufficient data etc.
6. Reviewing MH estimation for Designing as well as BIM Detailing.
7. Coordination of services with all other trade services such as Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection etc.
