Role Description The Membership Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Utsaah’s studio in Khan Market, Current Delhi. The role involves engaging prospective members, conducting studio tours, explaining membership options, and guiding individuals to select plans aligned with their wellness goals.

The Membership

Consultant will respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, manage client records, and support seamless onboarding for new members. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining solid relationships with existing members, addressing service-related concerns,



and collaborating with the studio team to enhance member experience and retention. The role also includes supporting promotional activities, participating in events, and providing insights to refine membership offerings and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Membership Sales and Membership management to effectively convert leads and maintain ongoing member relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse clients, handle queries, and deliver a welcoming, professional experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to meet membership targets, support promotional campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should have the ability to work on-site full time, with strong interpersonal skills, a wellness-oriented mindset, and a client-centric approach.
- Relevant experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle membership environments is beneficial, along with proficiency in basic CRM tools or lead-tracking systems.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but strong relevant experience will also be considered.
