Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage melting furnaces for steel casting.
- Handle melting processes for stainless steel (SS) and HRCS grades.
- Ensure proper chemical composition, temperature control, and melt quality.
- Monitor ferroalloy additions and follow standard melting procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain casting quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have practical experience in Steel Casting, Stainless Steel (SS) and HRCS melting.
- Knowledge of SS grades 09, 07, 304, and 316.
- Understanding of chemical composition, temperature control, and furnace operations.
- Experience in a steel foundry or casting industry is essential.
