Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Transcriptionist role based in Noida, Sector 128.

The Medical

Transcriptionist will listen to and interpret physicians’ and other clinicians’ audio recordings, accurately transcribing them into written medical reports, discharge summaries, operative notes, and other clinical documentation. The role involves reviewing and editing drafts for grammar, clarity, and compliance with medical and institutional standards, while ensuring correct use of medical terminology and abbreviations.

The Medical

Transcriptionist will maintain patient confidentiality,



adhere to documentation timelines, and collaborate with clinical staff to clarify dictations and resolve discrepancies. The position requires consistent attention to detail, high typing accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Transcribing, Transcription, and Transcription Services.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medical Terminology and its correct usage in clinical documentation.
- Candidates should possess fast and accurate Typing skills, with proficiency in word processing tools.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards.
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Strong command of written English, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of reports.
- Certification or formal training in medical transcription is preferred; prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
