If you have 3-5 years of sales experience, love cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals - this is for you.

Location: Work From Home (Must be available to work in USA - PST Time Zone)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education: MBA / BBA or equivalent

Salary: 30k - 40k (INR)

What We Need

✓ Proven Inside Sales Experience - Prospecting, Sales Cycle, Account Management

✓ Entrepreneurial, Resilient & Aggressive attitude

✓ Proficient in Google Workspace & MS Office

✓ Self-directed & can work with minimal supervision

✓ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Bonus: Experience in Medical Sales / Healthcare Staffing Sales

Your Role





→ Prospect healthcare facilities (Home Health Agencies, SNFs, Hospitals) via cold calling

→ Build strong relationships with healthcare providers virtually

→ Meet quarterly revenue targets & grow staffing fulfillment

→ Manage and grow customer accounts

→ Rigorously document sales process & outcomes
