Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for promoting and selling prosthetic and orthotic products to healthcare professionals, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include visiting clinics and hospitals, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical information, and addressing customer inquiries in a clear and professional manner.

The representative will identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, prepare sales proposals, and support patients and clinicians with product selection and post-sales service.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, staying updated on industry developments, and collaborating with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, product promotion, and relationship management within healthcare settings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information clearly to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focused on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy to understand clinical needs, treatment pathways, and product applications.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in medical devices, rehabilitation, or prosthetics/orthotics sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and readiness to travel locally for client visits are important.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentations) and a valid driving license are preferred.
