Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process medical claims from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify claim details, including patient information, provider information, and service codes.
- Identify potential denials and take corrective action to resolve issues before submitting claims to insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in Medical Claim Processor role or related field (TPA).
- Solid understanding of claims processing procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in reviewing electronic health records (EHRs) for relevant data entry.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
