Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Media Coordination Executive to support media outreach, manage communication with media representatives, and coordinate day-to-day media-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage frequent calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with journalists, media representatives, and publication contacts.
- Make approximately 50–80 calls per day for media coordination, outreach, and follow-ups, depending on assigned tasks.
- Share relevant updates and information with media contacts.
- Follow up on press releases, media coverage, and publication-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal PR teams to ensure timely communication and execution.




- Prepare and update media trackers, reports, and contact databases.
- Handle qualified conversations with clarity, courtesy, and confidence.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and support the smooth execution of media assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making calls and conducting professional conversations.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordination tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional conduct and a courteous approach when interacting with stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Prior experience in media coordination, telecalling, public relations, or client coordination is an advantage.
