The role: Media Buyer, 2-3 years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What your days will look like:

- Planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with equal weight on both platforms
- Owning the full funnel, from creative briefs and audience research to landing pages, tracking, and conversion reporting
- Working closely with our creative, SEO, and content teams to build campaigns that actually convert
- Reading dashboards every morning, iterating every week, reporting every month
- Collaborating directly with client stakeholders and shaping quarterly strategy

What we're looking for:

- 1–2 years of hands-on media buying experience, agency or in-house
- Comfortable across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

- An ownership mindset. You treat client budgets like your own.
- Clear communicator in English, comfortable on calls with client founders
- Curiosity that outweighs credentials

Bonus points:

- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications
- Prior exposure to jewellery, luxury retail, healthcare, education, aviation, or automobile categories (not restrictive, strong candidates from any vertical are welcome)

What you get in return:

- Direct ownership of marquee accounts from day one
- A team that ships fast and learns faster
- Room to grow into a paid media strategist or team lead role
- Founders who are in the trenches with you, not above you
