This is a completely desk-based office job with no regular field visits.

You will work from our Nashik office and coordinate customers, service technicians, installations, troubleshooting and spare parts through phone, WhatsApp, email and digital systems.

About the Role

BullrocK Fitness is looking for a Mechanical Service Engineer to join our Service & After-Sales team.

This role is ideal for a B.E./B.Tech Mechanical fresher or candidate with 03 years of experience who wants to build a career combining:

Mechanical Knowledge + Technical Troubleshooting + Customer Communication + Service Coordination

Gym-equipment experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and handle customer service complaints through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting over phone/video using company SOPs.
- Understand mechanical issues based on customer descriptions, photos and videos.
- Coordinate service visits, installations and preventive-maintenance activities with field technicians.
- Follow up with customers and technicians until the job is completed.
- Coordinate spare-part requirements, dispatch and replacement.
- Maintain service tickets, customer communication and case updates in Zoho Desk/CRM.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Service Manager with complete information.
- Ensure service cases are properly followed up and closed on time.

Candidate Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering candidates with good technical aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Freshers and candidates with 03 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Good basic mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude.
- Valuable communication in Marathi and Hindi.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical issues.
- Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using WhatsApp, email and digital applications.
- Willingness to learn gym equipment and after-sales service processes.
