Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of CNC and other manufacturing machines.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
3. Maintain and monitor machine health to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
4. Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and records.
5. Identify recurring machine issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
6. Coordinate with production, quality and other teams for machine-related issues.
7. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external vendors.
8. Handle maintenance of machines such as:

CNC Press Brake

Laser Cutting Machines

Power Press

Welding Machines/Robots

Powder Coating Line & Oven

Compressors and Cranes
