- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment.

- Maintain induction furnaces, melting systems, pouring equipment, and furnace cooling systems.

- Maintain sand preparation and moulding machines, including sand mixers, conveyors, and moulding lines.

- Handle maintenance of shot blasting machines, compressors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Maintain motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, couplings, and material-handling equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults as applicable to the role.

- Monitor equipment performance and reduce machine downtime.

- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.

- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment availability.

- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external service providers.

- Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and applicable plant safety standards.

- Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
