Roles and Responsibilities :
- Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and piping networks for commercial buildings.
- Conduct site visits to identify issues with existing systems and recommend solutions or repairs.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using technical knowledge of mechanical principles.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of HVAC engineering concepts including air conditioning, ventilation, heat pumps, etc.
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers etc.
