Job Responsibilities

· Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

· Perform basic dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

· Identify and report quality issues, defects, and process deviations.

· Maintain production, inspection, and quality records accurately.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to address quality-related issues.

· Participate in 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, 5 Why, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualification

· Basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and quality inspection.

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

· Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.





· Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Knowledge

· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems will be an advantage.

Suitable Candidate A fresher or Diploma Mechanical Engineer with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in quality inspection, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
